CycleEssence is now offering RESIDENTS ONLY of The Halstead classes on site.  Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM Indoor Cycling and at 6:45 PM Group Personal Training.  On Saturday, CycleEssence has a class scheduled at 9 AM.  Please send an email at halstead@cycleessence.com if you have any questions.
