CycleEssence is a brand new indoor cycling studio conveniently located in Cumberland, RI near the Lincoln border.  

As indoor cycling enthusiasts ourselves, we love a variety of styles when it comes to classes, but we were frustrated by the lack of consistency and the unfriendly environments with the local options.  Thus, we set out to build a studio that is dedicated 100% to indoor cycling.   As you will read about in the Studio section, we've designed CycleEssence to be a world-class facility specifically built for the needs of the indoor cyclist.

Our facility isn't just "a bunch of bikes in a room".  Our instructors are all Certified Indoor Cycling Instructors who will guide you through an appropriate regimen that provides proper strength and endurance building, and a balanced cardiovascular workout program. 

State of the art sound and video
Our state of the art multimedia video (with ceiling mounted, full-wall projector and NEW Disco Ball) and sound system shapes the environment and makes the classes fun, entertaining and enjoyable.  Whether you like ride to fast dance-style music, classic rock or other styles, we have classes to suit a range of styles.

Online Reservations
Our system allows you to login in and reserve space in a class so that you always know that you've got a spot before you arrive!  You can log into your account at any time to purchase and manage your class credits, see your reservation history and more.

Your first class at CycleEssence is always FREE! This will give you a great opportunity to check out the classes we offer.

First Time at CycleEssence
If you are new to studio cycling, come 10- 15 minutes early and you will be fitted for proper bike set-up, learn the various hand positions and be able to have the instructor answer any questions before class starts.
