Here's a quick rundown of the different types of classes we offer at ckFUSiON. You'll notice that when you mouse-over one of the classes in our interactive schedule, the pop-up box will list the type of class that is scheduled for that time slot, along with a little background information on the specific instructor scheduled to teach it.
INDOOR CYCLING
GENERAL CLASS
As the name implies, this is our standard class. It is led by an instructor and accompanied by music and visualizations. This class will work for anyone who is new or seasoned to indoor cycling. Class times vary from 45 min - 60 min.

In this class our instructors use our state of the art video and sound system to play videos while you ride! A big FAVORITE at ckFUSiON! Why not watch something really cool while you ride and get your workout in; many of our members say that it's a welcomed distraction from what they are normally doing :) Come check it out some time! Classes are typically 60 minutes.
New riders
This class is exactly what it says, New Riders! We sprinkle these classes in periodically when our busy seasons are in full motion. What you can expect is a 45 minute ride with initial set up of your bike, review of bike safety, going through the various positions of the bike and then a short ride to get you adjusted to the tension & movements. A great starter for a newbie! HOWEVER!!!! If you do not find one of these classes listed on our schedule, please please do not think you are not able to join us in any one of our GENERAL CLASSES. Our instructors are all excellent at getting a New Rider set up and reviewing in a GENERAL CLASS as well. We promote to ALL of our riders that this is your ride, if we ask you to do anything you are not comfortable with to scale it back and go at your pace!
CKFUSE c.1
This is a new class designed to combine a standard cycling ride with a resistance workout with kettlebells to build muscle strength and boost your cardio workout! We will announce via our eNEWSLETTER when these classes are introduced to the schedule! This class will be 75 minutes.
CINEMA CYCLING
A Sunday afternoon favorite! We pop in a cool movie to watch while we ride! Our Studios have a full-wall projection system, so it's like watching on the big screen! This class is typically held during the fall/winter months. Please check back in September!
SOLO CYCLING
Most classes are scheduled early in the morning before the start of a typical work day, or in the evening after work. During the bulk of the middle of the day, weekdays, we offer Solo Cycling as unstructured time for you to come in an work at your own pace. Just like with regular classes, please sign up in advance at the gym so that we know to expect you.
KETTLEBELLS
intro to kettlebell workshop
This class is for all of our members at this time and will run for 4 weeks. You MUST attend these classes even if you are seasoned with kettlebells so our instructors may determine your capabilities. Once determined you are skilled and have the form correctly; we will gladly allow our members to move into our Intermediate and Advanced Kettlebell Classes. This class typically runs about 60 minutes with warm up and cool down. You will learn the basic kettlebell movements, swing, clean, snatch, jerk, etc.
ckfuse k.1 - circuit classes
These classes will vary between using beginner & intermediate kettlebell movements, ropes, classic strength conditioning exercises, resistance bands, rocks, kickboxing moves and more! Be prepared this class is going to make you SWEAT! This class is 60 minutes with warm up and cool down.
ropes, ropes, ropes!
This class is short and sweet but WOW what a workout! Using the various ropes that we have you will perform exercises in short interval periods with resting in between. We will incorporate some additional movements using your own body weight while waiting in between for the other members to complete their turn. This is a 30 minutes class with warm up and cool down. Great class to attend AFTER an indoor cycling class to top off your workout! Come join us for a try!
