CycleEssence has built a turnkey solution that can be used as a fun, interesting and unique fundraising event: a Cycle-A-Thon! 

CycleEssence is building a special online registration system where participating riders can signup and get all of the details for their specific event, including downloadable sponsorship forms and more.  In the meantime, until that is live, please phone us at the studio to reserve a space.  401-335-3166.

On the day of the event, we typically bring between 12 and 30 stationary bikes (depending upon the number of signups received), and provide an instructor for each hour of the event.  Most events run four hours (e.g. Noon - 4:00pm).   We bring the bikes, the music, the instructors and just about everything we need - we just need the riders to show up ready to have a great time!

Our events are fun for the riders, and often are great fun for the spectators on site as well.  In the past we've combined the riding with food buffets, a live band and more, to provide an overall great experience for non-riders to participate as well!

Registration is $25 per person.  We provide sponsorship forms to assist riders in asking friends and family to support their ride. All proceeds after minimalist expenses go to the charity for whom the event is being held.
